How can we help?
AquaTiny is a calm aquarium that keeps living while you're away. If something isn't working, the answers below cover the common questions. Inside the app, Settings → Tips → How your aquarium works explains the tank itself.
My aquarium doesn't show up on my other device
- Sign in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on both devices, and make sure iCloud is allowed for AquaTiny in your iCloud settings.
- Open AquaTiny on both and give it a minute with an internet connection. Syncing is free.
- In the app's Settings you can see whether iCloud is on.
Purchases
- Purchases are one-time and work on all your devices with the same Apple Account. Family Sharing is supported.
- If something you bought isn't unlocked, open Settings → Support → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Notifications
Notifications are off by default. Turn them on in Settings → Notifications. If the switch turns itself off, allow notifications for AquaTiny in your device's system settings.
Nothing new appears
Creatures arrive when the tank is right for them: the right plants, decorations, hour or night. Check Discover for hints and wishes, and give it time. Nothing is ever lost while you are away.
Languages
AquaTiny follows your device's language, and you can choose another one in Settings → Language.
