Terms of Use

AquaTiny is a small aquarium game for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV, made by Vui Le (vuihoai). By downloading or using it you agree to these terms.

The licence

AquaTiny is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). Where these terms and the standard EULA differ, the standard EULA applies.

Purchases

• All purchases are one-time and made through the App Store. There are no subscriptions, no loot boxes and no in-game currency for sale.
• What you buy works on every device signed in to the same Apple Account, and Family Sharing is supported. You can restore it at any time in Settings → Support → Restore purchases.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms. To ask for a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Shells, the game's own coins, are earned only by playing. They have no money value and can't be bought, sold or exchanged.

Your aquarium

Your aquarium is saved on your devices and, if you use iCloud, in your own private iCloud database. We can't see it, so we can't restore it for you; iCloud keeps your devices in step. See the Privacy Policy.

Updates

We may update the game, change or add content, and fix problems. Anything you have bought stays yours in later versions.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app or its art, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law. The art, sounds and text of AquaTiny belong to Vui Le.

No warranty

AquaTiny is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.

Changes

If these terms ever change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
